Xiaoxiao Li

Abstract

By revealing the inner relation between ecological safety and food safety, this paper discusses the influence of the ecological environment destruction on food safety and in all round ways and analyses the six benefit counterparts involved in the food safety problems: government departments, legislature and judicial organ, enterprises, media, experts and elites, consumers.
