Abstract

This contribution discusses management software for Application Service providing (ASP). For the development of such software systems numerous specific requirements have to be considered. As examples we discuss aspects of heterogeneity. Because of this a flexible software engineering approach is necessary, covering design and implementation. For that we propose design patterns and component technology. The application of design patterns is demonstrated in examples.
