Abstract

The state of art of Data Envelopment Analysis applied to IT and R&D projects evaluation and ranking is presented. Then the role and importance of project stakeholders is discussed. It is shown that this role is not taken into account in the original DEA method applied to project evaluation and ranking. Thus a modification of the DEA method is proposed, in which the stakeholders perspective plays a crucial role. An example illustrates the modified method itself and its advantages.
