Abstract

This paper presents an adaptive data distribution model for mobile collaborative applications called ADDOCO. Its goal is to adapt the way data is disseminated in environments where Internet is not always available to create a collaboration network. In this kind of environments, ADDOCO allows to send and retrieve information that otherwise would be unavailable. The dynamic information dissemination model of ADDOCO was tested in a collaboration application using smartphones proving its utility to enhance the distribution of the required information.
