Abstract:
In this position paper, we introduce the service which enables consultations by the Experts and/or web services via mobile devices. The advanced development of wireless networks and mobile devices with various connection features made a great substrate for the development of services which are based on immediate response. One such service is a service for on-demand knowledge. A Helpdesk operator can post a request for consultation to the Experts and/or web services. The goal is to make knowledge available on demand at any time and any place. This approach gives faster problem solutions, more productive expert and/or web services, and high availability of the knowledge.
