Abstract

Innovation is something new in terms of ideas, ideas and technologies introduced. Blocking canals, channel blocks or blockages are bulkheads made in a canal where the canals contain peatlands. This research uses descriptive explorative qualitative research method. Based on the research results found various obstacles in the construction of channel canals in peatland occurred in Rawa Tripa. These constraints include, among other things, the understanding of the benefits of a canal block. This condition is also influenced by the perception and public confidence in the presence of programs that previously existed in Rawa Tripa
