Abstract

A simple rental apartment Binjai present as one of the alternative occupancy for families who can not afford to buy a house but from the initial observation of a simple rental apartment Binjai, found that a simple rental apartment Binjai still not entirely filled and less interested community in Binjai City to lease so that this research aims to know factors such as: price (X1), location (X2), building (X3), facilities (X4), environment (X5) and asset value (X6) to consumer decision (Y) rent rusunawa Binjai. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linier regression analysis method by using determination analysis, simultaneous test, and partial test. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Researchers used 62 respondents as a sample. The simultaneous test results (F test) shows that there are simultaneously positive and significant influence of independent variables namely price, location, building, facilities, environment and asset value to dependent variable that is consumer decision to rent rusunawa Binjai. And the partial test result (t-test) shows that the variable of price, location, building, facility, environment and asset value have positive and significant effect to consumer decision in rent of Binjai simple rental apartment.
