Abstract

According to Knowledge Management Maturity Model, the knowledge management implementation of our country is in cognitive level, and the introduction of enterprise knowledge management has become an irreversible trend. Globalization business requires enterprises to equip with the ability of communication and the ability of knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation and knowledge conversion. However, many enterprises are still ambiguous on the concepts of knowledge management, or simply think that knowledge management is information management. In this paper, we study Lenovo Group case under HOTP model to find out its experience and existing problems in the process of the knowledge management implementation, and to provide reference for other enterprises, which help to promote the development of knowledge management.
